Begin by creating a new file (File>New) with 1024x768 px and 72 dpi. Applying the Rectangle Tool (U), we'll represent the background of the picture to be.

Next we'll select the Brush Tool (B) with blurred edges of white color and a big size for picturing a flare on the background.

Apply the next shown parameters for the layer, containing the flare. Blending mode-Soft Light

Choose now the Custom Shape Tool (U) to represent a shape on the background. The shape's color is #416183

Apply the here shown parameters for the last made layer: Fill 30% on the layer.

Make a copy of the recently created layer and apply the Free Transform option to turn the copy over and to place it the way it is demonstrated below.

It's time to create one more new file with 4x4 px and 72 dpi. Choose after that the Pencil Tool (B) of 1 px to create a pattern, like that one from below, colored with #003D76

Edit>Define Pattern

Create one more new layer (Create new layer) to apply on it the new parameters from below. Fill 0%

We should also apply a new option on the made layer (Add a Mask) on the lowest part on the menu palette. Next select the Gradient Tool (G) for using it diagonally from the lowest right corner to the left upper corner.

Using the Rectangle Tool (U), try to represent the portfolio section of white color on the site's page.

Under the portfolio's section we'll insert the inscription, containing the sections' names, keeping the next demands:

For our convenience, combine in a group all the layers, containing the sections' names (press Ctrl button to mark out the necessary layers and hold on the left mouse's button to take down the marked layers on Create a new group option). The next parameters should be applied for the new group. Opacity 30%,

Insert now the corresponding pictures in the appropriate sections, cut out previously, according to their sizes.

Insert after that the site's name, but be attentive with the next demands:

The layer containing the site's name must have the parameters from below: Blending Options>Outer Glow

Now we'll choose the Rectangle Tool (U) to represent several lines, colored with #4F6479 and situate them on the right and left sides of the inscription (PHOTOGRAPHY PORTFOLIO)

The site's sections must be numbered, keeping the demands from below:

Combine in a group now all the layers containing the sections' numbers (press Ctrl button to mark out the necessary layers, holding on the left mouse's button to take down the marked layers on Create a new group option). Apply the here demonstrated parameters for the new group. Fill 30%

Choose again the Rectangle Tool (U) to represent two horizontal lines on the lowest part of the site's page:

Write also the buttons' titles, reserved for the site's menu:

Create also three dividing lines between the menu's buttons, applying the already known Rectangle Tool (U) and the color #CACFD4
