2. Create a new layer, then set your foreground color to #011357, now take the Rounded Rectangle Tool and draw out a shape as the image shows.
3. Now take the Rectangular Marquee Tool and draw out a rectangle as the image shows, then press Delete
4. Now take the Text Tool and type in some text, then create a new layer, now move that layer below your text layer, now take the Rectangular Marquee Tool and draw out a small rectangle and fill the rectangle with #7D94B4.
5. Repeat the steps in Step 4, Text Tool, create a new layer, move the layer below, small rectangle, but this time fill the rectangle with #465468. Then repeat this Step and Step 4.
6. Create a new layer, then take the Pencil Tool and make sure you have white as your foreground color, then draw a line on the top of the menu, hold down Shift while drawing to get a straight line.
7. Then add some text and maybe draw out a line on the left side. And that's it you are done!
