Select the Pencil Tool (B) and try to represent two dividing stripes. Create a new layer for this operation. The light - blue stripe has this color #267EAE and the dark – blue one has the next color - #004F80

Continue by representing the informational blocks of our site:

Using the Rounded Rectangle Tool (U), represent a window with the same edges' radius as it is written next:

Apply the next parameters for Blending Options as in the next example.

Fill the block with the convenient text, having the parameters form the next table:

Applying the same radius for the corners, try to create a banner, selecting the Rounded Rectangle Tool (U):

Choose next a photo for the banner and place it above the banner. As we did earlier, we have now to hide the photo in a mask. It's necessary to press the Alt button and direct the mouse's indicator between the layers on the layers' palette. We'll get a new indicator where we'll make a left mouse's click. The upper photo's layer will be changed, having the pointer directed on the bottom. The photo gets the banner's shape.

It should be looking, like on the next example:

Represent one more so – called rectangle, applying the Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) and move off the points from its right side. We'll use also the Add Anchor Point Tool for having sharp corners.

Apply Blending Options' parameters as it is indicated next:

Create one more plate under this layer:

Now we'll choose the Brush Tool (B) and the color # 0099CC

and make a feature on the new layer. Apply the mask for the layer in case. Next we'll just draw a flare, like next one:

The text should be placed, like it is shown next picture. The photo must be situated in the text.

The text's size is the same as it was in the first block. Insert a star's element, near the date. It's necessary for this operation to apply the Custom Shape Tool (U) - 5 point star frame. The color's code is #0099CC
