Press Ctrl+Alt+G to create a clipping mask. Insert a cutout of some gold coins.

Start by creating sky area by applying a light gradient on the background. Create the ground using a rectangle and fill it with green color. Create another rectangle above the green rectangle. This'll serve as a road shape. Apply following layer styles.

Start by opening an image of a torch.
Knock out the arm from background using your favourite cutout method.
Using lasso tool select fire from torch.
Select liquify from filter menu.
Start by opening an image of a eye.
Using lasso tool select upper area of the eye lashes. Press Ctrl+J to let the image under selection paste in a new layer.
Hide the duplicate layer. Using elliptical marquee tool select the eye lid.
From select menu apply save selection.
Start by opening an image of a magician, holding something in his hand. Create selection of the magician using your favorite technique. We used polygon lasso tool. Press Ctrl+J to copy paste the selection in a new layer. Hide the layer. Select the image layer.
