Start by typing "Green Valley" with a suitable font.
Ctrl+Click the layer thumbnail to get the selection. Press Q to enable quick mask.
From filter menu artistic>>plastic warp. Apply settings as shown:
Start by typing "BLUE ICE" in a new file.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
From layer menu select layer style>>create layers
Create a circle using elliptical shape tool.
Enable subtract form shape area form the top bar. Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool over lower half of the circle.
Keeping subtract form shape area form the top bar still enabled draw a few rectangle shapes.
Start by creating a circular frame using custom shape tool.
Enable add to shape area form the top bar.
Add a rectangle in the shape as shown in the image below.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
Start by opening an image of hand. You can even take a digital photo of your hand too. Create a cutout using any of your fav cutout methods. Create a new layer below hand layer. Create a circle using elliptical shape tool.

Start by creating a rectangle to the size of the header.
Using custom shape tool draw some random size circle thin frame shapes.
Change layer mode of this layer to overlay.
Start by creating a new file. Fill the background with a light gray color.
Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool with blue color.
Apply stroke with the settings shown.
Start by creating a new file. Select ornament 4 shape from custom shapes.
Create ornament shape in a new layer.
Right click the ornament layer and select rasterize.
Press Ctrl+T to transform. Right click and select perspective.
Start by creating a new file. Use a standard banner size 468X60 pixels. Fill the background with a dark color.
Create a big circle and fill it with a different color. Place it in such a way so that only top portion of the circle is visible, that too on the bottom of the banner.
