Start by opening an image.
Create selection of the man and press Ctrl+J to duplicate the selection in new layer. Hide the duplicate layer.

Start by applying a radial gradient to the background.
From filter menu select render>lighting effects.
Change the light style to five lights down. Use other settings as shown.

Start by applying a solid color to background.
Double click the background layer to un flatten it. Double click the layer again to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
Insert an cutout of a flower.
Start creating a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool.
Duplicate the layer. Select the path using direct selection tool. Copy and paste the path.
Enable exclude overlapping shape areas from the top bar.
