1. Launch Flash Designer Draw a circle
2. Choose "Item" > "Line & Fill" > "Gradient Fill".

4. Choose "Item" > "Intro" > "Intro Animation" and set up the following animation:
Launch Flash Designer and create new document. Choose "Frame" > "Frame Size" and enter 200 x 300.
Draw background rectangle. Choose "Rectangle Tool" and draw a rectangle. To fit it to the entire frame choose "Edit" > "Align" > "Fit to Frame".
To apply intro and outro effects:
Launch Flash Designer. Choose "Frame" > "Frame Size" to set movie dimensions.
Choose "Rectangle" tool and draw a rectangle on the frame. Choose "Item" > "Line and Fill" > "Fill Color". Change rectangle color to anything else than white...
To create the text animation:
Launch Flash Designer. Choose "Frame" > "Frame Size" to set movie dimensions.
Choose "Text" tool and click on the frame. Type the text (for example "Text Animation") and click OK.

Tweening (comes from "in between") is a way to create a transition between 2 different states of an item. In the following example we define "start" and "end" position (and size) of the logo. Flash Designer will create intermediate frames to create the illusion of motion.
