This is a very effective effect, easily created...
Note: This effect works best with vector images, even better with text.
1st Step: Creating The Sprites
a) Create a rectangle in the size you want your scroll box to be. - Important! - The text box MUST have a color fill to it. Any color will do. - Now create 2 shapes to be used as scroll buttons.
