Using the "Radial Blur" filter, create glowing text.


	1. Create a new document and use the "Text" tool (T) to enter your text in the middle of the canvas. To center the text, select the canvas (Ctrl+A) and align the text to the verticle (Layer> Align to Selection>Vertical Center) and horizontal centers (Layer> Align to Selection>Horizontal Center).

	2. Duplicate the current layer (Ctrl+J) and apply a Radial Blur (Filter> Blur> Radial Blur) to the new layer. Apply the following properties in the "Radial Blur" window: Amount: 100 Blur Method: Zoom Quality: Best Click OK.

	3. Duplicate the top layer to increase the effect.

	4. Decreasing the opacity of the text layer and your text should now look similar to the image in this step.
