Create a black and white image using only the color information for an effect similiar to a black and white infrared photo.

4 | ![]() | With the new layer selected, use the Apply Image tool (Image> Apply Image) to apply the following properties: Layer: Background Channel: Cyan Invert: Unchecked Blending: Soft Light Opacity: 100% |
5 | ![]() | Repeat the previous step two more times but using the Magenta and Yellow channels. |
6 | ![]() | Change the image mode back to RGB (Image> Mode> RGB Color). |

remove the slight warm tone, desaturate (Shift+Ctrl+U). Rollover the
image to see the original image without this effect applied. |
