1. First create a new document at 500 x 500 pixels.
2. Press D to make sure your colors are set right. Then go to Filter -> Render -> Clouds. Then Filter -> Render -> Difference Clouds. Press Ctrl + F a couple times to repeat until you get something like this:
1. First open a new document, it doesn't matter what size (i recomend a big size)
2. Create a gradient (like this one)
3. Then create three lens flares, there is a 35mm flare in the upper left corner (its hard to see)
4. Next you hit Filter>Artistic>Plastic Wrap...
Step 1. Create a new image mine was 500x500 Filter > Render > Clouds.
Step 2. (repeat this step untill you like the looks of it) Filter > Render > Difference Clouds.
Step 3. Filter > Pixelate > Mezzotint: medium strokes.
Step 4. Duplicate the layer.
Step 1 Create a new image, and select the gradient tool with the above settings (right below the top menus)
Step 2 Make many ultra-small diamond gradients that overlap eachother in multiple places, like above
Step 3 Find Edges . Press CTRL+F to repeat 1 time...
This tutorial creates grunge-ish type of background that can be used for many different purposes and can yeild many different results

Step 1 Create a new image, and press D to set default colors . Fill in the background with black. Select the lens flare filter and create four lens flares in the corners like above.
Step 2 Select the wave filter , and use the above settings.

I made this up during class... I guess it turned out okay... I wasn't feeling very creative so my result didn't look the greatest, but I know all you talented creative people can turn this into something cool.

Okay, I went over the picture limit again
1. Make a new document, 400 x 400
2. Color the background black
3. Use any color you like, and change the brush to a 65 airbrush. Write HI.
1. Make a new document, 500 by 500.
2. Color the background with the color F8C2D9.
3. Using a 65 black airbrush, make three circles as shown below.
4. Go to Filter> Distort> Wave, and use the default settings. Press randomize until you get three nice wavy circles.
If you're doing this tutorial, you should know how to use filters, free transform, and know what the blending mode is. Or else you might be a litle confused.
