Have you ever come across a picture that is a composition of a variety of different small things? In this tutorial, I will describe a way to create such an image, using fantasy and everybody's favorite image editor: Photoshop.

Fill the background with black.
Create a new layer.
Create any large shape like so, may be round may not. And fill it with white.
Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur...

Create a new image, any size (I created a 300x300 pixel one).
