1. Get your eye picture.
2. Now using the Elliptical Marquee Tool, make a selection around the pupil.
3. Now right-click the selection and choose, "Layer Via Copy"

1. Get a picture of an Eye. This ones pretty nice.
2. Take Your Eliptical Marquee Tool. And select the Pupil of the eye. Right click and select Copy. Then right click it again, and copy it again.
1. New Document (500x500) Fill it with Black. And position two lens flares in the following positions (Filter > Render > Lens Flare) (Use default lens flare settings)
2. Now, go "Filter > Sketch > Chrome" (Detail: 10 | Smoothness: 4)
3. Now, press "Ctrl+I" to invert the colors.
1. New Document (500x500) Transparent BackGround. <br/>2. Filter > Render > Clouds <br/>3. Filter > Pixelate > Pointilize (Cell Size: 5)
