1. Create new document in Photoshop (mine is 300x250),
2. The first thing we should do before designing the actual interface, is organize our thoughts. We need to decide what our interface is going to do, and then place these ideas into an organized format. Here is how I organized mine:
Create new document in Photoshop (mine is 140x30), Fill the background with a dark color of your choice. Of course, I will use GreyCobra's Dull Blue look:
Now, select the Rounded Rectangle tool from the tool bar:

3. Now, select a light grey for your foreground color, and drag a box from the top left of your document to the bottom right.
