Rustic Metal Firy Texture

1. Take a new file of 400 pixles, 400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
2. Press D to change the colour & Goto Filter > Render > Clouds like this one.
3. Goto Filter > Render > Fiber and apply these settings.
