Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.

Start by opening an image of a model with dark complexion.
Duplicate the layer and press Ctrl+Shift+U to desaturate.
Press Ctrl+L to open level settings. Apply settings as shown.
Remove the hair area using eraser tool.
Start by opening an image of a face of a man.
Create a circle using elliptical shape tool. Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
Start by opening an image of metal wheels.
Select the black area by clicking magic wand on it.
Press Ctrl+shift+I to inverse the selection. Press Ctrl+J to copy & paste selection in a new layer. From filter menu select noise>>add noise. Apply settings as shown.

Create a circle using elliptical shape tool.
Enable subtract form shape area form the top bar. Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool over lower half of the circle.
Keeping subtract form shape area form the top bar still enabled draw a few rectangle shapes.
Start by creating a circular frame using custom shape tool.
Enable add to shape area form the top bar.
Add a rectangle in the shape as shown in the image below.
