Phase One: Open up you image sized 800 x 700.
Set your foreground colour to: FFFFFF
And your background to: 7F6302
S1: On our first layer, simpy fill it with our foreground colour, and go Layer>New Layer...
1- Get your pipes ready - if you don't know how - click here to learn it.
Place them on the background like this:
2- Create a new layer, drag it under the pipe layers and name it "Mask":
3- Choose white as foreground color, pick the line tool (Under Rectangle tool)...

Use the the gradient tool, starting in the middle dragging it down to the end of the selection.
