Step 1 We are going to create rounded corners with one of Photoshop's most neglected tools, the Pen Tool. First, select the Pen Tool from the toolbar menu.
Step 2 At the top of the screen, you'll see 3 buttons. Shape Layers, Paths, and Fill Pixels. We want to select Paths.

Open a new file , size 500x500
1. Get your Gradient Tool , make sure its on difference and make some long lines.
2. Duplicate your layer.Filter-Distort-Wave , use the setting you like , put the Blending Mode on Lighten.Merg Down [ CTRL+E ]
3. Repeat step 2...
Make new document. Press D to set your colors to default.
Edit>Fill...>With Black.
Filter>Noise>Add Noise.
Add the noise (Filter>Noise>Add noise) at about 30%, Guassain, Monochromatic
As they say, easy does it so this is a very easy tweasy tutorial, but the effect that comes out is quite nice. This is wad we can get at the end:

Heres a short guide on how to create another abstract effect in Photohsop. Let your world sparkle!
First make a new image, I made mine 500x500px.
Now press D to reset the swatches to it's default color.
Now apply a Clouds filter by going to Filters > Render > Clouds.
Next go to Filter > Distort > Glass and use these settings:
This is a great lesson for beginners to experience how nice and easy it is to learn with my lessons and create something in the process. (Because creating stuff is the whole point!)
