1. Take out a 400x400 transparent picture. Make sure that standard colors are chosen defult bottom is [D].
2. Filter>render>clouds, then filter>sketch>bas relief with detail level: 15, smoothness: 10 and light from bottom. Result should be something like this:
1. First start out with a blank 500x500 pixel square. Leave the background white.
2. Next add Clouds (Filter-->Render-->Clouds) then Difference Clouds ( Filter--> Render--> Difference Clouds).
3. Now add four Lens Flares in 50-300mm Zoom 100% brightness like this:

Open a new image 800x800 and fill the background with black.
Duplicate background.
Name duplicated layer "electric" and select electric layer.
Press "D" on your keyboard to set colors to default, after that go Filter>Render>Clouds...
