Using Color Balance
1. Open an image.
2. Change it to gray scale using Image > Adjustments > Desaturate
3. Select hairs using Quick Mask Mode Technique. Learn it in detail from Quick Mask Mode Tutorial.

1. Open an image.
2. Image > Adjustments > Threshold
3. Image > Adjustments > hue/Saturation
Check the "Colorize" option ON.
Experiment with different colors.
1. Open an image.
2. Select lips using Polygon Lasso Tool.
3. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation
4. Click OK and you will get Hue/Saturation box. Check Colorize button ON. Move the sliders to get following values.

1. Open Photoshop. Open desired image. Image can be converted into two colors using Duotone.
2. Image >Mode > Gray Scale
3. Image > Mode > Duotone
4. You will get following box.
1. Open Photoshop. Open desired image.
2. Use Zoom tool to zoom in the image to get the better an bigger view of an eye for selection.
3. Select Polygonal Lasso Tool. Select Right eye.
