1.Create New Document with width and height to 200 pixel,72 resolution.
2.Double click on label 'Background' in layer palette,New layer dialog box appear, click OK.
3.Select Elliptical marquee tool and make circle select....
1. Make new document width 144 and height 144,resolution to 72.
2. Press 'D' to reset color to black foreground and white background.
3. Press ALt+Backspace to fill foreground color...
1. Start with a new document Ctrl+N, 400x400 pixels and a white background.
2. Press D to reset your colour palette.
3. Go to Filter -> Render -> Difference Clouds until you get something nice. After the first time, just press Ctrl + F to reapply it...
1. Create a new document Ctrl+N, make the size 450x450 pixels.
2. Go to Filer -> Render -> Clouds.
3. Filter -> Liquify, Play around with this abit until you get something you like...
1. Make a new document (Ctrl-N), I made my 459x450 pixels and with a background of black.
2. Then go to Filter -> render -> lensflare with these settings of brightness 10%,50-300mm Zoom.
3. Make these lens flares around ur image 7 or below times...
1. We are going to make an effect that is good for signatures and banners, so let's start whit creating a new document (Ctrl-N), I used size: 450x450.
2. Press 'D'on your keyboard to reset the colours, then Filter -> Render -> Clouds...
1. Create a new (Ctrl + N) and make the picutre 400 x 400 pixels, next press D to reset your colors.
2. Filter -> Render -> Clouds is our first step. Keep doing it until there is a good amount of black in the piece.
3. Now you Filter -> Render -> Difference Clouds, and press Ctrl + I...

2. Then go to Filter -> render -> Lens flareand place tham in a simular spot.
3. Now go to Filter -> sketch -> chrome, Settings: Detail:10 Smoothness: 0...
1. Create a new (I used 477x477), then Filter -> Render -> Clouds.
2. Filter -> Render -> Fifference Clouds, then press Ctrl-F 3 times.
3. Filter -> Blur -> Radial Blur /amount 35 /spin /quality best...
