Start by opening an image of a girl. We'll
create a waterfall out of nothing.
Create a new layer and press Q to enable quick masking. Apply filter>>render>>fibers.

Open an image in which there is some sky area visible.
From filter menu select blur>>gaussian blur.
Apply settings as shown.
Change the layer mode to linear dodge.
Start by opening an image of a young lady with face close up.
Insert another image of an old woman with the same face angle.
Reduce the opacity to see the below layer. Scale down and place the old woman's face according to the face below.
Make some thunder clouds and lightnings. Great trick for your album.
