2. Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur (Radius 1.0 pixels)
3. Edit > Fade Gaussian Blur (Opacity 100% Mode: Vivid Light)

Create a new file.
Open a couple of images.
Drag these images to the main file.
Using lasso tool create a selection of sky.
Press Ctrl+Alt+D to apply feather to the selection.

2. Using Rectangular Marquee tool, make rectangular selection carefully around the main, center part of an image.
3. Press "Q" to activate Quick mask Mode
