If you already know how to stroke lines drawn with the freedom pen tool with a brush strokes you will probably want to skip this tut as you will find it boring and a waste of your time.
I took this render just to demonstrate this technique.
1. open a new document
2. fill it w/ black
3.make new layer
4.fill it w/ 646464 and put the opacity to 74%

In this tutorial we'll create a simple "passport-chop" or "rubber stamp" effect. I know, passports don't chopped anymore, but anyway... Good for "approved" or "guarantee" buttons, or logo design. Photoshop isn't the best for making curved text, however we can still get a decent effect.
