1. To bring up the Photoshop Keyboard Shortcuts and Menu Dialog, you must first open up Photoshop and go to Window > Workspace > Keyboard Shortcuts & Menus…

Above is an example of an original Nikon Coolpix image straight from the camera. A good starting point with the levels command is to click on your Auto button, which often gives amazingly good results. In this case however, it gave a colour cast.

Start by opening a couple of images. Make sure the size of both the images are same.
From image menu select apply image.
Change the source of the image and use settings as shown. You can apply various blending modes to the image.
Concept : In the Dissolve mode, Photoshop will randomly change the layer pixels to 0% opacity and other will remain to 100%. This effect can be checked when the layer is set to the opacity less than 100%.
