Start by applying a gradient (light gray to white) to the background. Create two gray rectangles using rectangular shape tool. Place it on the top and bottom as shown.

Then grab Line Tool ( set the weight to 1 pixel ) and make 2 lines, one horizontal and one vertical

Select Rounded rectangle Tool ( set the radius to 10 pixels ) and create a rectangle.
Create a new document with a blue background: #1063c1 <br/>The size should be 760 x 770 px. <br/>Create a new Layer ( press Shift+Ctrl+Alt+N ) <br/>Then Grab Brush Tool and make some simple drawings ( the next image is resized )
