1. Create a new document (900*700).
2. Fill the background with #4399d1 and look at the guides I've created in the screenshot below. Also select a rectangle like shown below (heigth of 350px) using your rectangular marquee tool.
1. Open a picture (I took a screenshot using google earth from my school) and duplicate the layer (layer - duplicate layer)...
2. Go to (filter - blur - surface blur) and use the following settings.
1. Create a new document (800*600).
2. Fill the background with #ffffff and look at the guides I've created in the screenshot below.
1. Create a new document (500*120).
2. Select your paint bucket tool and fill the background layer with #000000 (I've already added a white 1 px border).
3. Now insert the following stock photo in your signature and duplicate that layer (layer - duplicate layer) once.
