Step 1

Create a new document and draw a circle of any color. Goto the color mixer(located near the top right) and change the type to Radial.

Step 2

In the color mixer, change the color of the gradient by adjusting the colors of the tabs.

Make the left tab a light gray and make the right tab a dark gray. Move the light gray tab to the right and the dark tab a little to the left. Look at the picture for reference.

Step 3

Now make a new layer and draw a circle a little smaller than the first circle. Make sure this circle has a dark stroke 4px wide. Goto the color mixer and change the type of the Color Mixer to Linear. Change the colors on the tabs the same way you did with the first circle. One light color and one dark color.

Step 4

Rotate the circle so that the lighter color is on top and the dark color is on the bottom.

Step 5

Create a new layer and make a white circle a little bit smaller than the second circle. Goto the color mixer and set the alpha value to 25%.

Step 6

Now use the "Selection Tool" and click and drag the bottom of the white circle to create a fortune cookie type she. Now add anything you want into the button to complete it.
