Retouching Photo

Description:

In this tutorial I will teach you how to retouch a photo. In 3rd image of preview, I have changed the quality to show how I blended different colours of skin. This method requires almost 15 minutes in other software but in swish, it requires maximum 5 minutes because its solid shapes cover much area.

Lets get started.

Step 1:

1. Choose your desired image that is to be retouched.

2. Select "Bezier Tool" and mark the areas you want to blend. Remember, it should be solid bezier shape not only lines.

3. After drawing a bezier shape, fix its alpha to 50%.

4. Make it "Radial Gradient" from the "Shape" tab and pick the skin colour from the image (the bright colour). You have to select the bright colour for the skin from the left colour pointer.

5. Select the same colour for the right colour pointer too. Fix its alpha to 0%.

6. Now, select the shadow of the shape by clicking the "Fill Transform" tool located in the tool bar. Move its shadow where you want to blend the skin colour.

Step 2:

Changing Lip-Stick:

1. Apply the same method as above, only difference is that, we need more than one shades for both lips. See the following image:

Step 3:

Changing Eye Shades:

1. Same method as above, the special tip is that, first apply the skin colour above the eyes and then apply your desired colour. This will replace the skin colour to bright colour and will give you base for the eye shade.

Step 4:

Removing an area:

1. If you want to blend an area of the face, simply apply step 1 defined above. Copy and paste these shades where you want to blend an area.

Step 5:

Changing Eye-Lens:

1. Draw an ellipse on the existing eye-lens. Make it Radial Gradient. Choose the colours I choosed in following image. Its both left and right colour pointer's alpha much be 0%. You may use any colour for the middle. Fix its alpha to 50%.

Advantages:

Using this method, you can hide the pimples and different colours of the skin. You can also change the skin colour+eye-lens.
