Gradient's parameters:
Make a copy of the new layer. Erase the effects out of it. Create the effect of having a white light on the picture and apply the Free Transform selection to make the picture smaller.
Fill 30% on the layers.
Take the next tool to insert on the picture, on the apple's top a flare.
Fill 0% on the layers.

Gradient's parameters:
Select again the instrument from here and draw a small circle. Applying a different instrument now , it's possible to add on the picture a small leaf.

Select again this tool to represent a flare on the lowest part of the apple that should have the color CFD0DC.
The Opacity on the layers should be of 50%.
Selecting the same instrument and the same color, draw another flare on the right side of the lowest part of the figure.
