Now create some really largest text with these settings. We want to create something that is really close together so you're going to have adjust the tracking to a negative number. We want this to appear like a logo and just make it look really cool.
To enter the 'cool zone' bring up the blending options/layer styles dialog box. Here is where you will have dialog with it and carry on a conversation (do what I want you to you punk). But be gentle. Add some Satin and try changing the contour to Gaussian or something that looks cool. Looking cool is the goal here so it helps to take some time to fool around in the dialog boxes. Choose a gradient overlay as such. And click on the (name not the checkbox to enter dialog editing fields) Stroke. For fill type choose gradient (yes there's more than meets the eye) and choose a gradient to use as a stroke. Now these powerful tools and effects are all adding up together before your very watchful eye.
