Start by creating this shape with ellipse tool :
Press '-' (minus sign) from the numeric key pad. Draw another smaller shape inside the first shape to subtract the area :
Apply these layer styles in it :
Create a new layer. Draw a selection with elliptical marquee tool as shown :
Create a new file, around 400x400 pixels. Set the background to transparent while creating the new file. Press print screen key from the keyboard. Create a new file and press control+v to paste. Now, move the selection from the original file (the file, in which we are creating logo) by clicking inside the selection with any selection tool and dragging the selection in the new file. Now, copy the selection and close this file. Return to the original file and paste the matter. You will have something like this :
While the selection is still active, click on gradient tool. If the foreground and background colors are not the black and white, change them by pressing 'D'. Use linear gradient, set the blending mode of the gradient to overlay and fill the selection as shown by the arrow :
Now, take a cutout of a biker. Apply drop shadow as shown :
Press control+j to duplicate the layer. Go to Filter > Blur > Motion blur as shown :
Now, use high feather eraser and erase the right side of the shape as shown. Also remove the drop shadow effect from it :
Finally, type the name of fan club. Our logo is ready :)
