In this photoshop tutorial I will teach you to draw cool framed art.
Lets create a framed art using photoshop tools like Paint bucket, Gradient tool, Elliptical marquee tool, Rectangular marquee tool. I have also tried to include some other effects.
1. Lets take a new document (300px, 300px) and using Rectangular marquee tool draw the shape as shown below and fill it using paint bucket.
2. Now take marquee tool and right click > transform selection and then while pressing ( Shift + Alt ) and using mouse reduce the size of selection. After that deselect.
3. After reducing the size, delete it. Now select the background and fill the color using paint bucket tool and click on layer 1.
4. Click on layer 1 and try the effect as shown below. Blend mode = Multiply, Opacity = 75%, Angle = 120 etc
5. After you apply above effects you will have the frame as shown below.
6. Now use Elliptical marquee tool and draw 2 circles as shown below. Do not select the layer this time. fill the circle with color(#000000).
7. Choose art history brush and set Opacity 4%, Style- Tight Short, Mode- Normal. use as shown below.
8. Take Elliptical marquee tool, draw a circle and fill with Gradient tool color ( #EA3738, #8497A5 ).
9. Select layer 3 and make a copy and put the copy as shown below. Reduce the opacity of this copied layer.
10. Take the brush tool and stroke it as shown below. Brush color #8C909B, brush size 3, opacity 100, flow 100.
11. On brush strokes, use liquify and twirl clockwise and warp tool and create wavy effect as shown below.
