Step 1
Open new document (600 x 600 px). Create the group, call it "mail box". In this group, create new layer, call it "front box". Choose Rounded Rectangle tool with Radius 100 px and make the shape as show be low. Then fill it #828282.

Cut the bottom of "front box" as show below.
Step 3
Press Ctrl + T to transform it.
Step 4
Press Ctrl + J to duplicate "front box", rename new layer "back box". Move "back box" under "front box" and turn it as show in image below.

Press Ctrl + T to transform "back box"smaller than "front box" a little.

Create new layer upon "font box", call it "inside box". While holding
Ctrl down click on "front box" to obtain its selection. Go to menu
Select > Modify > Contract, set Contract By 4 px and fill it
#9b9b9b.

Make the selection as show below and press Ctrl + T to transform it.

While holding Ctr down click on "front box" to obtain its selection.
Press Ctrl + Shift + I to reverse the selection and press Delete to

delete the excess area of white line.

reduce Opacity to 30 degree.

reflection" and move it under "pillar" layer. Then follow the images
below to make the reflection.

Create new layer upon "box shadow 2?, call it "box shadow 3?.

Create new group between "mail box" and "box support", call it "box
door". In this group, create new layer, call it "door 1? and draw as
show in image below.

Press Ctr + J to duplicate "door 1?, rename new layer "door 2? and turn
it left as show in image below. Then use Burn tool and Dodge tool to add
the detail to "door 1?.

While holding Ctrl down click on "door 2? to obtain its selection. Go to
menu Select > Modify > Contract, set Contract By 5px. Press Ctrl +
J to duplicate this selection and rename new layer "door 3?. Then use
Burn tool and Dodge tool to add the detail to "door 2?.

Create new layer upon "door 3?, call it "cross bar". Draw as show in
image below. Then Add the following layer style to it.

While holding Ctrl down click on "door 3? to obtain its selection.
Choose any selection tool (Marquee tool or Lasso tool) and press left
key 4 times and up key 3 times. Press Ctrl + J to duplicate this
selection, rename new layer "door 4?. Then use Burn tool to add more
detail to "door 3?.

Add the following layer style to "door 4?.

Create new layer under "cross bar", call it "cross bar 2? and draw as
show in image below. Then add the following layer style to it.

Create new layer under "cross bar 2?, call it "cross bar shadow". While
holding Ctrl down click on "cross bar" to obtain its selection and fill
black color. Go to menu Filter > Blur > Motion Blur, set Angle 90
degree and Distance 6px. Then delete the excess area and reduce Opacity
to about 60 degree.

Back to "mail box" group, create new layer upon "inside box", call it
'black line" and draw as show in image below.

Create new layer upon "black line", call it "hinge". Use Rounded
Rectangle tool to following the images below to make it.

Reduce Opacity of "red flag 2? to 20 degree. Add layer mask to "red flag
2? and use Brush tool with black color to draw as show in image below.
