Designing a Cartoon Look Angry Computer

Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.

Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Warp. Select "arc" from the preset warp shapes. Adjust settings as shown.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Duplicate the layer scale it down and change the fill color to gray.

Create a shape as shown using pen tool.

Similarly create another shape for the bottom.

Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool.

Enable "subtract from shape area" at the top bar. Create another ellipse using elliptical shape tool. Press Ctrl+T and rotate a bit.

Create wire of the computer using pen tool.

Create two ellipses for the eyes using elliptical shape tool.

Create two circles for the eyeball using elliptical shape tool.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Create a mouth shape using pen tool. Move this layer right above the gray rectangle layer in layer order in layer palette.

Press Ctrl+Alt+G to create a clipping mask.

Create teeth using pen tool. Press Ctrl+Alt+G to create a clipping mask.

Add more details using basic shapes and pen tool as shown.
