Fill 0% on the layers.
Blending Options-Gradient Overlay
Gradient's parameters:
Make two copies of the new created layer and select again the Free Transform option to change each copy the way it is shown below:
The first copy:
The second copy:
Using the Ellipse Tool (U) we need to represent now a figure just for the necessary effect. Press firstly on the Shift button to represent the figure itself colored in 53B9DC.
Apply to this layer: Filter>Blur>Motion Blur
The new effect is possible to correct with the Smudge Tool (R) and the Eraser Tool (E).
Select again the Ellipse Tool (U) to draw a kind of illuminating small circle of white color.
Blending Options-Outer Glow
Blending Options-Inner Glow
Make fifty copies of the new layer and apply the Free Transform option to change the copies' size if necessary. Don't forget to place them the way it is shown below:
Take a brush now of small size and white color and try to draw a lot of small points the way it is indicated below:
Applying the Pen Tool (P) now, try to represent the rest of the volume's elements:
(White color)
Fill 20% on the layers.
and apply the same instrument and the next color - 3D95A0.
Merge down in a group the last two created figures and make a copy of this group. Using the Free Transform option, turn the copies over, like in the next picture.
The final result is this one!
