1. First of all I have taken a new file of height = 400 pixels, width = 400 pixels and resolution of 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
2. First choose any picture.
3. Make a new layer from the layer palette.
4. Fill the new document with any color.
5. Click Filter > Noise > Add Noise Apply the following settings.
6. Now go to Filter > Brush Strokes > Crosshatch Apply the following settings.
6. Your image will look like this.
7. Now arrange the layers so they look like this.
8. Make a new layer from the layer palette.
9. Select the rectangular marquee tool from the tool palette and draw the rectangle in the file as shown below in the fig.
10. Apply the following settings.
11. Now use the reflected gradient as shown in the image below.
12. Your image will look like this.
13. Again select the rectangular marquee tool from the tool palette and draw the rectangle in the file as shown below in fig.
14. Apply the following settings.
15. Make the copy of layer 3 in the layer pallet.
16. Go to Edit > Transform Flip Horizontal your image will now look like this.
17. Make the copy of layer 3 in the layer pallet.
18. Go to Edit > Transform Rotate 90'CW
19. Make the copy of layer 3 copy 2 in the layer pallet.
20. Go to Edit > Transform Rotate 180
21. Now arrange the layers in the layer menu in the order below.
22. Your image will look like this.
23. Now take the polygonal lasso tool and make the selections and delete that area from the image.
24. Again take the polygonal lasso tool and make the selections and delete that area from the image.
25. Your image will look like this.
26. Select the rectangular marquee tool from the tool palette and delete the selection area from the image.
27. Your image will look like this.
29. Your final image will be as attractive as mine as showed below.
