We'll begin this tutorial, by creating a new canvas at a size of 266 x 145 with 3e3e3e as the background color. Then select the "Pen Tool". Draw the below shape as illustrated using 8b7c15 as the color. Call this layer "Pipe".
Now, right click on the "Pipe" layer and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Drop Shadow".
Do not click OK yet... still more to do.
Now click on "Inner Glow".
You may now click OK.
You should now have the below image.
Now "Ctrl" click the "Pipe" layer to create a selection around it and choose the "Brush Tool" at a size of 15, with a soft egde brush--about 25%. Create a new layer then change the foreground color to Black. Brush along the bottom inside edge of the selection. Name this layer "Shading". Now turn the Fill down to 7%.
You should now have the below image.
Create yet another layer, name it "Highlight", and change the foreground color to f4f410 and change the Blending Mode to "Color Dodge". Grab the "Brush Tool" with a hard size of 3 and brush in the following curved line. Take your time. It doesn't need to be perfect, but do try to stay in the center of the pipe.
Then go to "Filter" then "Blur" then "Gaussian Blur" again and use the following settings.
You should now have the below image.
Next, select the "Elipse Tool" and draw a circle as I have done below using Black as the color. Call this layer "Black Circle" and place beneath the "Pipe" layer in the Layers Palette.
Draw yet another circle using the "Elipse Tool" as I have done below using Black as the color and call this layer "Pipe Insert".

Now click on "Inner Shadow".

Draw yet another circle using the "Elipse Tool" as I have done below using Black as the color and call this layer "Pipe Insert 2".
Now, right click on the "Pipe Insert 2" layer and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Drop Shadow".
Do not click OK yet... still more to do
Now click on "Inner Shadow".
You may now click OK.
You should now have the below image.
Now select the "Line Tool" and draw out a Black line with a weight of 1 pixel. Call this layer "Segment" and place to the very top in the Layers Pallete.
Keep drawing the lines, angling them as you go around curves as I have done below. Once the lines have been made, merge the "Segment" layers together.
Now, right click on the "Segment" layer and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Drop Shadow".
You may now click OK.
Turn the Fill of the merged "Segment" layer down to 23%.
Next, duplicate the "Segment" layer and turn the eye off on the first segment layer in the Layers Palette and merge both segment layers together.
Now "Ctrl" click the "Pipe" layer to create a selection around it and go to the main menu and click on "Select" then "Modify" and lastly "Contract" set it to 1 and click OK. Now go to "Select" then "Feather" and for a setting put 2. Lastly, go to "Select" then "Inverse". Hit Delete on your keyboard and deselect the selection.
