Applying the Rectangle Tool (U), it's possible on this stage to draw a horizontal line, colored with #15597D
Select the same tool to draw one more line of white color.
Using the same tool applied before, try to make one more line, colored this time with #32768D
Find in Internet a picture with a soccer player.
Cut him out of the picture and the ball.
Set the next shown parameters for the soccer player and the ball, inserting them on the picture: Blending Options>Color Overlay
Make a copy of the layer containing the player and choose after that the Free Transform option to turn around the copy, placing it the same way demonstrated next picture.
Make a mouse click on the same layer on the bottom part of the layers' palette on Add a Mask option. After that we'll select the Gradient Tool (G) to represent the reflection's darkening.
Create a new file (File>New) of 1000x1000 px and 72 dpi to represent the logo of Euro Cup 2008. In this case it's necessary to choose the Pen Tool (P) and the Convert Point Tool for the appropriate corrections. The layer's color is #FF1200
The layer's parameters: Blending Options>Drop Shadow
Try to make now a shadow on the drawn element of the logotype. The applied tools are the Pen Tool (P) and the Convert Point Tool. The color chosen in this case is #9C0001
Select the above mentioned tools to draw now a highlight on the logotype's element.
