European licenseplates

Learn how to create European licenseplates!

Step 1

On a new layer, create a black shape with the Rounded Rectangle Tool;

Step 2

Create a new layer, and then make a smaller shape with the same tool and fill it with yellow;

Step 3

Select a part of the yellow and press Ctrl+U and change it to blue;

Step 4

Then, with black text, write a random licenseplate text;

Step 5

Then with a white text write the 2 or 3 letters of the country you want to make the licenseplate of..

Step 6

Then you can use this shape for the European stars:

Step 7

Fill those stars with the same yellow as used before and make it fit in the blue box;

Step 8

Add this layer style to the black border;

Step 9

And then you get something like this:

Add this layer-style to the yellow (and blue) shape;

Step 11

And then you get something like this:

Step 12

Add these layer-styles to the black text:

Step 13

And you got your Licenseplate!
