1. Take a new file of 400 pixels, 400 pixels of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
2. Fill the black colour in the background.
3. Take the pentool from the tool bar and make a path as in the image below.
4. Make selection and take the colour of coding given below in the image.
5. Fill the colour in the selection in a new layer.
Take the brush and make a new layer and use it as
I have used in the next image.
6. Now goto Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur of the property given in the image it is used to make it smooth.
7. Take the smudge tool and make it smooth more as shown in the image.
8. Merge both the layer and use the burn tool on the edges to make it more realistic.
9. Take the darker colour and use it on the edges to make it beautiful. Now take the irregular brush with light green colour and use it as shown in the image below.
10. You must use it in a new layer and use colour from the blending mode and adjust the opacity with your image.
11. Again take the brush tool and make the spots in a new layer of white colour and give the blending mode Soft light and make it opacity 60 % your image will be like this.
12. Now take the which is shown in the image and adjust the settings given below.
13. Make the shape like this with the brush tool .
14. Take the smudge tool of the setting given below.
15. And use it in this way that your feather look more realistic.
16. After the smudge tool your image will be look like this.
17. Make the copy of it and adjust it as in the image.
18. Take the darker colour and fill it in the center with the brush tool and stretch it with the smudge tool it will look like this.
19. Make selection with the pen tool and fill the colour as in the image.
20. Use the smudge tool and and make it more realistic.
21. Click on the layer to make the selection.
22. Now goto Select>Modify>Contract and give the reading of 6 pixels, the selection will be like this.
23. Give the feather of reading given below.
24. Fill the black colour to it.
25. Use the smudge tool to make its nerves like this.
26. Adjust the opacity so that it look more realistic.
27. Your image will be like this.
28. Merge both the layer and make its copy adjust it like in the image.
29. Use the smudge tool to make it more realistic. Final image will be like this.
30. You can also change the colour and your image will be look like this.
