Start by creating a rectangle using rectangle shape tool.
Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select perspective. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown.
Enable subtract form shape area form the top bar.
Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.
Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select perspective. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown.
Create a circle using elliptical shape tool and place as shown.
Create two rounded rectangles using rounded rectangle shape tool. Place it for the hands.
Create a rectangular slit using rectangular shape tool. Place it for the weights. Enable add to shape area form the top bar. Create a thin rectangle for the bar.
Add more weights using rectangular shape area.
Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Select arc from the preset warp shapes. Apply settings as shown.
Create a circle using elliptical shape tool. Move this layer below all the layers in layer order in layer palette.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
Select the body layer. Press Ctrl+Alt+G to create a clipping mask.
Type company name below the artwork using combination of two nice fonts.
