1. Take a new file of 300 pixels, 300 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
2. Select the custom shape tool from the tool palette
.
3. Draw the shape as shown.
4. Now apply these layer styles in it.
5. Your image will look like this.
6. Make a new layer from the layer palette.
7. Again, select the next autoshape as shown fig. below.
8. Your image will look like this.
9. Now go to the Blending Option apply the following settings.
10. Now change the opacity of layer 2 as shown below.
11. Your final image will look like this.
