Merge down in a group all the layers composing the finger. Make three copies of the new made group and apply Free Transform option to enlarge the copies and the place them the same way you may see below. Make the corrections on sizes if that is necessary.

The primary layer.

The flare.

Make the appropriate correction on the picture's sizes, selecting the Free Transform option and the instrument from here
