Step 1 - Open Your Canvas
Create a new document, size doesn't really matter and fill the background with the color #212121. Create a new layer. To do that navigate your mouse up to the toolbar and click ''Layer>New>Layer..." in the name field type "Sticker" and click on the "Ok".
Step 2 - Add Your Shape
Now Look to the left at the "Tools" bar and select the "Polygon Tool" on the bottom right. This is the shape that will soon be your sticker.
Step 3 - Create Your Sticker
In the top bar do the following. Where it says "Sides:" type "35" Now click on the arrow pointing downwards next to the blob looking object and make your settings match these.
Step 4 - Add Some Color
Change your foreground color to "#5FC20A" and drag a star outwards. The result should be like this, a sticker shape on our dark background.
Step 5 - Add A Gradient
Change your BACKGROUND color to "#7BCA03" and select your gradient tool. Up top make sure you selected the "Reflected Gradient", its' the 4th one from the left. Now holding the "CTRL" key down on your keyboard click on the layer entitled "Sticker". Now starting in the top left drag a diagonal line like this and then let go. You should end up with a small gradient like this.
Step 6 - Add Some Style
Time to add some layer styles. Right click on the layer and go to blending options. Now add the following styles for inner shadow and drop shadow.
Step 7 - White Gradient
Now we're going to add a small WHITE gradient, so click on "Gradient Overlay" while still in blending options and make your settings match this image.
Step 8 - White Gradient
Click on the gradient bar and you'll get a popup, On the left part you'll see a small square. Double click it. When your color table pops up, in the color box type in "FFFFFF". Click "Ok" and then click "Ok" again.
Step 9 - Stroke
Last part is stroke! So on the left click "Stroke" within the blending options, and make your settings match this. This makes the small border around your sticker.
Step 10 - Add Text
From here you add whatever text you want, here's the end result I came up with. Hope you enjoyed it!!
