Step 1. Create new document, File - New, Weight 800px and Height 800px, white background.
Step 2. Make new layer and name it "edge". Pick Pen Tool and draw shape as I did.
When finished pick Brush tool, select solid brush, size 19px, Opacity 100% and Flow 100%. Now go to the Paths palette, click Options and select Stroke Path.
Select Brush from next menu dialog, uncheck Simulate pressure and click OK.
Press DEL to delete path.
Step 3. Now create new layer and call it "split". Once again pick Pen tool and draw something like this.
This line will split upper and lower lip. Pick Brush tool, select solid brush, size 19px, Opacity 100% and Flow 100%. Now go to the Paths palette, click Options and select Stroke Path. Select Brush from next menu dialog, uncheck Simulate pressure and click OK. Press del to delete path. Now we have contour of the lips.
Now to the coloring.
Step 4. Make new layer and call it "lip_color". Drag this layer between "edge" layer and "Background" layer. Pick Magic wand tool, make sure that Sample All Layer is checked, set Tolerance to 80 and select white in upper and bottom lip (hold Shift to make multiple selection).
Click on Foreground color and enter this value for color #ff5db0. To fill selection with color press Alt + Backspace. Press Ctrl + D to deselect.
Step 5. Copy "lip_color" layer by pressing Ctrl + J. Right click on new layer and go to the Blending options. Set values for Inner Shadow, Bevel and Emboss and for Contour as I did.
Set Blending mode for this layer to be Linear Burn. Now let's add some noise. Go to Filter - Noise - Add Noise and set values as I did.
Step 6. Size down your image and you have "your lips"....
See you!
