We shall copy the picture and make it smaller till we'll reach the same result from the next picture:

The Blending Options from here must be applied for the last layer:

Continue by representing another circle, but this time we'll select the Delete Anchor Point Tool to erase the lowest first point in the circle:
Apply the Blending Options from these tables:
Fill 0% on the layers:
Next we'll represent one more circle:
Apply the Blending Options:
In this case we have to select also the next texture: Artist surfaces>Gauze
Make a copy of the last circle as it's demonstrated below:
Select one more time the Rectangle Tool (U) to represent a stripe that would connect two orifices, as the picture from below shows it:

The pattern's title is Color Paper> Sketch Paper
That is what we should get on the almost final stage:
Make several copies of the last stripes we have drawn and place them the way it is presented in the picture:
Next we'll select the Rectangle Tool (U) and represent black stripes around the circle:
