Open a new document in 450x550 px. I've filled the background with a blue-grey colour. It makes it neutral and better looking for your eye.
Create a new layer and grab Rectangular Marquee Tool. Set the foregroundcolour to #571202 and make a selection on your document. Fill it with the foregroundcolour. Go to Filter > Noise > Add Noise and set it to 5%. Then go to Filter > Blur > Motions Blur and set the first to 90° and the other to 15 px.
Rightclick the layer in Layers-palette and pick Duplicate Layer. Name the new layer "Box 2" - name the other "Box 1". Activate "Box 2" and go to Edit > Free Transforms. Set width (W:) and height (H:) to 80.0% in Options Bar.
Ctrl + click on "Box 2" and activate "Box 2". Go to Select > Inverse (ctrl + shift + i). Grab Dodge Tool and set Brush=45, Range=Highlights og Exposure=10% in Options Bar. Start by lightning the right- and the upper edge. Imagine you that the sun comes from north-east!
Then change Range to Shadow in Options Bar and light the some spots as before. Grab Burn Tool and set Brush=45, Range=Midtones and Exposure=25% in Options Bar. Burn the left- and lower edge.
My document looks like this:
Go to View > Rulers (ctrl + r). Grab Move Tool and pull the vertical ruler to the middle of the document. Then pull the horizontal ruler the about 14.
Create a new layer and grab Elliptical Marquee Tool. Place the curser where the rulers crosses eachother and make a cirkel while you hold down Shift on your keyboard. Set the foregroundcolour to #A0A0A0 and fill the cirkel with it. Remove the selection up in Select > Deselect (ctrl + d). Go to Blending Options and set these settings:

Create a new layer and make a cirkel while you hold down Shift. The centrum of the cirkel has to be there where the rulers crosses eachother. This cirkel has to be smaller than the first. When you have made the selection, set the foregroundcolour to #8C8C8C and fill the selection. Remove the selection. Grab Dodge Tool and set Brush=45, Range=Highlights and Exposure=10%. Light the south-west-part of the cirkel like the picture...
Do the same with Burn Tool at Range=Midtones and Exposure=20% on the north-east-part.
Create a new layer and set foregroundcolour to standard (d). Grab Elliptical Marquee Tool and make a cirkel like the others. Same method and centrum but smaller than the first. Fill the selection with #000000. While you still have Elliptical M. Tool, make a new smaller cirkel with same centrum and hit "Delete" on your keyboard. Then we have a black ring. Ctrl + click on the layer and go to Select > Modify > Contract and set it to 2 px. Grab Dodge Tool with Range=Shadow og Exposure=10% and make the northwest- and the southeast-part bright. Not too much.
Create a new layer and set the foregroundcolour to #646464. Make a cirkel with Elliptical M. Tool like the others. The cirkel has to be few pixels larger than the black ring. Fill the selection with the foregroundcolour and place the layer under the previous layer.
Go to Filter > Noise > Add Noise and set it to 5%. Grab Dodge Tool and set Range=Highlights and Exposure=15% and light the middle of the cirkel and the south-east-part.
Do the same with Burn Tool on Range=Midtones og Exposure=20%.
Create a new layer. This is the last cirkel in this moment. Set the foregroundcolour to standard and make a cirkel while you hold down Shift. Centrum like the others. Fill the cirkel with #000000. Go to Select > Modify > Contract and set it to 3 px. Grab Dodge Tool with Range=Shadow and Exposure=10% and make a small spot bright. Like the next picture.
We are finish with part 1.
