Let's make a new document. 255x255, transparent.

Select the Rounded Rectangular Tool and make a rectangular just like in the image below:

image 1

Ad a 1px Black Stroke to it. And also a gradient from light gray to white. The color I used was: #cccaca.

Now ad a Satin with the standard settings but change the color to #cbc9c9.

The result should be like this:

image 2

Now ad an Anchor Point in the middle of the bottom line of the rectangle. After that using the direct Selection Tool drag the anchor point down a few pixels so you get a nice curve line. Result should be this one:

image 3

Now get the Rectangle Tool and draw a rectangle as a screen. Make it fit in the shape you just made earlier with some distance on all sides. Color is not important right now. Also ad a 1px Black Stroke to it. Result:

image 4

Now ad a gradient to it. Set the angle to 0 and ad the following gradient:

image 5

Now duplicate the screen layer and scale it until it comes about 1/3 of the original hight. Ad an anchor point in the middle of the top margin and drag it a few pixels to the top. Ad this gradient to it (angle is 0):

image 6

Now lower the opacity of the layer to 50%. Result is this one:

image 7

I know it does not look that cool yet but be pacient. It will be good.

Now let's ad a button to the monitor. Get the Elliptical Tool and draw a small circle and place it at the bottom of the screen. Color is not really that important. After adding a Pillow Emboss to it play with the colors a little until you see something you like. A gray color would be good I think.

Now draw a very small circle next to it and ad a vibrant green color: #00ff48. After that ad an Outer Glow with the same color.Make the spread to about 10-12.

Duplicate the layer and place it symmetrically to the other side of the button. result is this:

image 8

Now we need to ad something the monitor will stay on. Draw a rectangle and put the layer at the bottom. Similar to the one in this image (don't worry, it won't look like that at the end):

image 9

Now ad two anchor points almost at the bottom and move the other two to the right. Here is how It should look like:

image 10

Ad a 1px Black Stroke to it and this gradient (angle is 80):

image 11

It is almost done. Just to ad a little gloss to it.

Get the Elliptical Marque Tool and make a small selection on top of the screen. Here is how it could be:

image 12

Now with the selection in place color with white (on a new layer) everything under the black line. Don't worry about coloring outside the selection because you cant, but don't color over the black line.

Now ad a Gaussian Blur of 3 and a Motion Blur of 20-30 to it.

Now you are done. You can play a little more with it if you want. I am sure you can make something even better than what I made here. For example ad a Circle at the bottom with some simple effects to make the "leg" more realistic.

The final result is this one:
