Step 3 - Round It Off

Now grab the rectangular marquee tool. Draw a one pixel line through where its going to say navigation just like I did. Your image should now look like this .

Step 4 - Duplicate It

Click on the layer of the shape. Which would be the thing were making. Now press ctrl+alt + the up arrow. Once you do that that will duplicate it but also move it one pixel up. Repeat the proces but this time use the down arrow. Go to layer/layer style/ and fill it white. So now you should have the white shape on top. Grab the rectangular marquee tool again and cut it like it shows in the image. Once you have that press backspace to erase it. Then go to layer/layer style/blending options and make the opacity to 25 also make sure you take off the stroke. This is what you should have so far.

Step 5 - Add Some Style

Now were going to click on the shape again and were going to repeat the part where we duplicated. Take off the stroke again and make it white, but this time don't cut anything. After you duplicate, go to edit/transfer/scale and scale it down to look like the screenshot. Then again go put the opacity to 25. This image is what you should have now (Click To Full View).

Step 6 - Link Me

Its time to add the links. Now go grab the text tool and write all the text that needs to be written.

Look at the picture for a guide. Now select the first shape the green one, and between every link erase a one pixel line just like we did before. This is what we should have .

Step 7 - Final Step

Once your done with all that, try adding some of your own effects to it. I added some small boxes to add to the overall appearance. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.

Navigation Box
Hey. I was wondering if you knew how to make a link following it when you press "link #." I know it sounds confusing but you can comment my page if you have questions about my question.
